This is the mesh networking technology that powers Bloom. That means you can meet, chat and share with people near and far from you with Bloom.
The more users around you, the stronger the network will be.
Bluetooth access is required by Bloom to connect you with nearby people and managing the mesh network between users.
The same way you need cellular data or Wi-Fi to access the Internet, without Bluetooth, Bloom cannot work.
Bloom uses each user as a relay to transmit your message to the right recipient.
To ensure that your exchanges remain private, each user has a public key and a private key.
Bloom remains a means of communication and we recommend that you do not share sensitive information (credit card number, social security number, etc.) with other users.
Internet is not required for Bloom to be operational.
